They took us early and drove about an hour in the jungle until we came to a pavilion. There we gathered 12 people. We dressed in a poncho and met with the owner of the farm. It was founded about 8 years ago and at that time they had 42 elephants ( now they are more :)) Initially they have dealt with rescuing the baby elephants from circuses where they have made them dance . These elephants have developed mental illness as to learn to dance they were beaten . Subsequently they began to stagger away , this is the main feature of the disease . In the farm the elephants have recovered . Even there are  elephants , which had been for a long time childless and in the farm got pregnant . We met with a male elephant , who was 29 years old and had 8 children :) We learned from Pat that the elephants in Thailand were about 600 000 lev , And currently about 100 000 . lev  It is quite interesting that they are  using them in agriculture. After the lecture we split into two groups of 6 people and headed deeper into the jungle . We went to a place where the elephants stay . There were six elephants that were tied to the leg and a small elephant 1.5 years, immediately welcomed us . People had prepared - in big  basket - cut reeds and small  bananas to feed the elephants with. For the little elephant we peeled bananas. He was very cute  , his trunk was always in our hands looking for food :) I had even opened the rock sac  and he  immediately stack his trunk in it. Our training and care for the elephants started. I got the smallest one in the group TiyLor Suu ( Waterfall ) 9 years and the only male with tusks , which startled me from the beginning . For each elephant there was a mahout , who explained to us what to do. First I had to meet with the elephants giving them cane . In order to lift his trunk saying Bon-Bon and provide him food, he gently bite me :) then I patted him on the head and said Di- Di ( Good , good boy ) . Then I examined his body , it had to have dirt  on both sides , because the elephants sleep 45 minutes on each side. In this way it is understood whether it  is healthy or not. After this there is an eyes check up , they should always have tears in them. The place where the elephant sweats is between the toenails . The next thing we check is how many piles are there around , and it if there are there should  be at least 5 . Suu was about 8 . Besides all this, it is checked if there is a bad smell, whether when you squeeze it  there is water and whether there are fibers. Pretty disgusting I thought , but the poop smelled of ground grass. After that I  had to clean it up and to prepare for the  march in the jungle. I loosed him , grabbed him by the ear and by command ( Maa ) went to the tap. With command Haa Long he lays on his side. I brushed him with a broom from palm leaves and then washed him . ( Naturally Suu ate the broom ) Once dried , I put on my special pants for riding an elephant and had to get on  him. There are three ways to go on him. I chose the easiest grabbed him by the ear , he raised one leg and I stepped on it, then sat down on his neck , I  repositioned my legs behind his ears. I was so happy and excited that I really cannot describe what I felt . I could feel his warmth and rough skin . The so-called hair is quite hard and quite hurting , but I had no time to think about such things. I was terribly pleased and fascinated .After all of us went on the elephants , we went through the jungle in a very steep and muddy hill , it was quite stressful at first . The Mahua were constantly around us , watching us and controlling that everything was  fine. The transition in the jungle was amazing , highly visible and great views at the same time with this guide elephants commands ( Pie - go , stop - Howe ) . Usually slamming into each other. Suu was the smallest of the company while the rest were female and he has right track or short branches with his trunk and gave it to the other elephants .After about an hour we reached the road, we got off the elephants and continued on foot. I felt really nice because I was so much smaller than the elephant , he was afraid of cars and I guarded him :) Then we got on the elephants and we went to the waterfalls . We took a brush and pot and had to bathe them . The elephants were already in the water and it was our turn . I got on Suu and I had to be always on top of him  and on the middle of his back. So I started to brush. It was a great fight , as he was not sitting in one place. Constantly moving and around us were other elephants. For them to be in the water is great, they like it very much. Naturally and for the brush there was  a certain way as not to hurt the skin. Since only my elephant had tusks , I  had to clean them, I scooped dirt from the river and began to scrub them , it was like peeling . Finally the Mahut lined the elephants up in a straight line and we began to spray with water. Then they started spraying us . It was quite a fun .We went up to a waterfall to clean . After we dried up a lunch was waiting for us in Thai . On banana leaf lined exotic fruits, leaves were wrapped in rice with coconut milk, candy and others. Everything was absolutely natural .finally we   had to say goodbye to the elephants .   I kissed Suu kissed on his trunk and he kissed me back on my hand. I felled very sad .They took  us to a pregnant elephant , which would soon give birth. Then came Ougast and his mother . He loves kicking and stepping on us, he was  2 months old and weighed about 120kg.After that I met with Tara, which was at least five weeks old and weighs 100 kg . She loves to sit in people. Thus ended our day , we were very tired and sad it's over , but at the same time charged and happy from this meeting.
